I like to Move It - Madagascar 5

Bikes everywhere.  Sadly one bike slightly too far into a barricade than it had planned, but no one hurt.  There must have been some sort of bike event on, and to Bryce's delight BMW's aplenty.

After a lunch stop in down town Gloucester we made our way into the Southern Section of Barrington Tops National Park.  With overnight temperatures predicted to drop we had planned to stay in a caravan park but a drive by revealed it wasn't really our style so we continued on to the Gloucester River Camping Area which despite no hot shower was a delightful little spot.

As forecast the evening temperatures did drop and so Jaks retired to her sleeping bag.  Bryce took a more social option and joined our neighbours by their fire.

On Sunday morning we made our way down into Newcastle to the Hutton residence.  Amber was busy drinking cocktails in Fiji so it was Dave and the kids.  Emily was kind enough to draw us a nice picture of us with her and Liam.

Dave and some of his mates go on a bike trip every year and after hearing of the 2012 adventures and looking at the photos, Bryce has decided to join them for their 2013 CAF Tour.   There was plenty of discussion, internet shopping and bike shop visiting involved in planning the trip across the Great Ocean Road and into the Vic High Country.

On Tuesday night the Waltons joined us for dinner.  BBQ, amazing Pav and an outstanding performance by the kids topped off an awesome night.  Great to see the younger generation enjoying 80's music.

Thanks for a couple of top nights and an awesome trip to the tip!
